This application ("Loan Amortization Sync") is an internal tool built and operated by Van's Tire Pros for its own affiliated businesses. It is not distributed to, or used by, the general public.
The app accesses QuickBooks Online Accounting data (Chart of Accounts, Vendors, Bills) solely to post loan amortization entries (Bills) into the connected company's books, on behalf of the company owner.
OAuth tokens and loan schedule data are stored locally on company-owned infrastructure and are not shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third party.
Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the integration and is deleted upon request or when the integration is decommissioned.
